See the world premiere of ‘Bindi and the Crocmen' and more at Australia Zoo these school holidays. Davis Morris discovers what's hatching.

Bindi, the seven-year-old daughter of Steve and Terri Irwin, is set to host her own TV show. Initially to be screened overseas, but true to the Irwins' Aussie commitment, it will be seen first at Australia Zoo. The worlds of conservation and children's entertainment will collide in the Animal Planet Crocoseum as Bindi rocks with her all-singing, all-dancing band, the Crocmen, with daily shows from Saturday 8 April to Monday 17 April.

Singing songs about elephants, orangutans and more, Bindi will wiggle and giggle her way through an energetic and action-packed performance.

“It's a very exciting time for this pint-sized Wildlife Warrior, whose sparkling personality and love of wildlife have attracted a legion of fans worldwide,” Australia Zoo PR Coordinator Louise Martin says. “The amazing Crocmen will be on hand to help Bindi with her on- and off-screen adventures.”

There's also plenty more happening at the Zoo. The ‘Zookeeper for a Day' program is your chance to get up close and personal with the animals and help with duties including feeding, enclosure maintenance and even animal training.

The action-packed day includes fun encounters with Asian Elephants, giant tortoises, possums and even an alligator. Also included is lunch in the Animal Planet Crocoseum, an official Australia Zoo cap and a photograph with an awesome animal. During Easter there will be free rides and face-painting while you say hello to the Easter Bunny. Join in on Easter Sunday for a giant Easter egg hunt to win amazing prizes. And there's a free breakfast on Good Friday between 8:00 - 9:30am. During the school holidays, the Crocoseum experience inside the awesome 5000-seat stadium has been doubled, with shows running twice daily, 10:30am and 1:30pm.
