Maroons swap field for Zoo

THE sight of a runaway Willie Mason charging towards you is enough to leave most of us calling for a change of underpants.

But according to a couple of Queensland State of Origin stars, the prospect of facing up to Big Willie is nowhere near as scary as what the team encountered yesterday.

The Maroons made a visit to Australia Zoo, with most of the squad getting up close and personal with various snakes, wombats, dingoes and elephants.
