SHE may be only nine, but Bindi Irwin can add runway model and international fashion designer to her already impressive resume.
Bindi was the star attraction at the world’s largest fashion trade show, MAGIC, held in Las Vegas yesterday, strutting down the “crocwalk” in clothes from her Bindi Wear International fashion line, with a snake around her neck.
Bindi, appearing just days before anniversary of the death of dad Steve Irwin, is hoping to crack the $41.16 billion-a-year children’s clothing market in the US.
Wearing a yellow T-shirt and khaki camouflage shorts, Bindi, who had a two-metre long carpet python around her neck, paraded down the runway in front of a crowd of about 500.
Bindi’s mother, Terri, and brother Bob sat in the front row.
The Bindi Wear fashion line has been dubbed clothing with a conscience, for newborns to 10-year-olds.
